Bing’s Webmaster Center Program manager, Brett Yount made an extremely unexpected comment in the Bing Forums when he recommended Digg & Yahoo buzz  to boost your website’s indexing & rankings on bing.com -
If your site pages have good content, submit them to buzz and digg. Both have a high chance of getting your page indexed.
