http://www.example.com (TYPE 1)
http://example.com/(TYPE 2)
http://www.example.com/index.html (TYPE 3)

These URLs may point to the same webpage and show same content but technically they all are different. Search engine crawlers consider them as all different URLs which means they all will compete with each other for their positions in SERP. [...]
