I did not know, people are still making search engines in the era of Google & Bing until I hit upon Yebol - a new search engine conceptualized by Hongfeng Yin, Ph.D. ,who worked for 4 years at Yahoo Data Mining Research team. Yebol provides a semantic search report of your search query. As of now, they are boasting of over 10 million semantic topics including LA Lakers, Yahoo, Stanford University and even Britney Spears.
