Why does KPMRS show a different rank than what I see on Google.com?
Google have recently updated their program to show you personalized results. The results you see on your computer may be different from what your neighbor is seeing on his laptop. Please read this article published on Google’s official blog recently that explains this in more detail.

How many keywords can I monitor?
You can enter any number of domains you want. You can submit 1 domain for free. For additional domains there is a small fees of $2 per domain name.

How much does it cost?
You can start monitoring your website rankings for FREE. We allow you to submit 1 domain and up to 5 keywords for free. For additional keywords and domain, there is a small fees of $2 for set of 5 keywords and $2 for 1 domain name.

How many countries/data centers do you monitor?
Right now have 11 data centers. – US, UK, Brazil, India, Australia, France, Italy, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Canada. More data centers will be added gradually.

How many data centers can I see my rankings from?
You can see your websites’ rankings on any two data centers for free. For monitoring ranks on additional data centers, there is a small fee of $5 per data center per month.

Why did I not receive the account verification email on registration? What should I do to get my account activated?
If you do not receive our account verification email within an hour of your registration, you should contact us with your log name from the contact us page here. Make sure you put the same email in the form, that you used when you registered. We will either send you the activation link again or our support team will activate your account manually.

I want to track 100 domains and over 200 keywords. Do you offer any discounts for bulk purchase?

Yes. All our widgets are updated daily and show real time data.

How can I delete the website?
Once you login, you should see a small image of
 in front of the website on the top. Click on that to delete the website.

I currently receive email alerts regarding website ranking change for US and UK. Since you have added more data centers recently, how do I change it so that emails will show the website ranking changes from the data center that I want?
On your dashboard, after login, select "Add/Edit" option in the drop down of Data Center selection on the top. You can add more or edit your data centers from the next page that comes up.
